About me

As well as being a Licentiate of the Royal Photographic Society I am a keen amateur musician. My ideal assignment is therefore to photograph musicians rehearsing and performing. I hope my photographs convey some of the emotions that these musicians communicate through their music - joy, calmness, sadness, exhilaration, amusement, and fun. My pictures of classical and jazz musicians are regularly used for their publicity, on social media, and in programmes.

In addition to my musical projects I do some pro bono work for charitable organisations (e.g. photographs of fundraising events, recruitment videos, illustrations for booklets).

I am always open to new challenges so, if you have a project that might be of interest, please do get in touch using the ‘Contact’ page. I reply to all requests.
